Taking Care of Yourself

Another pet peeve of Mick Napier (see Improvise - Scene from the inside out ). The idea is that if you take care of yourself, in the sense of know what your character is all about, have the character`s goals and Subtext clear in your mind, makes it easier for you to actually play and do something.

This may sound contradictory to the Mr. Nice Guy and Chivalry principles, but it is not: if you take care of yourself, you`ll play free-er, be more playful, and hence be more fun to play with for the other players, as they`ll feel more supported.
